Meet Dr. Chandok

Dr. Neil Chandok is proud to have been born and raised in Wisconsin and, of course, a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan. He is a board-certified orthodontist through the American Board of Orthodontics and a graduate of the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health. He holds certifications in craniofacial orthodontics, orthognathic surgery treatment planning, and Invisalign. He also obtained an American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) certification.

When he's not in the office, his life is filled with travel, hiking and exploring, and cheering for the Packers anytime they're playing. He loves sports and discovering new destinations around the world.
